Our Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking our services. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Reservation

1.1. Bookings can be made through our website, via phone, or email.

1.2. Advance booking is recommended to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons and holidays.

1.3. A booking confirmation will be sent to you via email or SMS upon successful reservation.

1.4. For package bookings, a minimum advance payment of 25% of the total package cost is required to confirm your reservation.

2. Payment Terms

2.1. We accept payments through cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers.

2.2. For package tours, the remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the journey.

2.3. For hourly or daily rentals, payment can be made at the time of service or in advance as agreed.

2.4. All prices are inclusive of driver allowance, fuel, and vehicle maintenance unless specified otherwise.

2.5. Additional charges may apply for toll taxes, parking fees, and interstate permits, which are to be borne by the customer.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or through our customer service.

3.2. The following cancellation charges apply:

  • More than 7 days before the scheduled date: 10% of the advance payment
  • 3-7 days before the scheduled date: 25% of the advance payment
  • Less than 3 days before the scheduled date: 50% of the advance payment
  • Less than 24 hours before the scheduled date: No refund

3.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Vehicle and Driver

4.1. The company reserves the right to provide a similar category vehicle in case the booked vehicle is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.

4.2. Our drivers are experienced professionals. However, the company is not responsible for the driver's inability to reach destinations due to traffic conditions, road blockages, or natural calamities.

4.3. The driver has the right to refuse to drive on routes that may damage the vehicle or pose safety risks.

4.4. Customers are expected to treat the driver with respect. Any mistreatment may result in termination of service without refund.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1. Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. The company will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal items.

5.2. Any damage to the vehicle caused by the customer's negligence or misconduct will be charged accordingly.

5.3. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and use of narcotics inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

5.4. The customer must adhere to the itinerary confirmed at the time of booking. Any changes may incur additional charges.

6. Package Tours

6.1. Package tours include transportation as specified, with experienced drivers who serve as basic guides.

6.2. Entry fees to monuments, attractions, meals, and accommodation are not included unless explicitly mentioned in the package details.

6.3. The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary or accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, local strikes, or natural disasters.

7. Service Hours and Overtime

7.1. Standard service hours for day packages are 12 hours from the pickup time.

7.2. Overtime charges will apply beyond the standard service hours at the rate of ₹200 per hour for sedan/hatchback and ₹300 per hour for SUV/Tempo Traveller.

7.3. The driver is entitled to adequate rest periods as per labor regulations.

8. Disputes and Jurisdiction

8.1. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

8.2. The company reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
