While we try to accommodate last-minute bookings when possible, we recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance to ensure vehicle availability, especially during peak tourist seasons and weekends.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled tour will incur a 50% charge. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
